Are your ears for adults or kids?
My ear headbands are one size fits most. They have been worn by children as young as 17 months all the way up to adults.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to all items being custom made, all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me regarding the issue. I will try my best to correct the problem and to make sure you enjoy your purchase!
If requesting a refund, Buyers are responsible for original and return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
My item shows delivered but I did not receive it.
First, check with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to them instead.

What days do you ship?
I do my Post Office runs on Saturday’s. If you order on a Thursday night or Friday, your order most likely won’t go out until the Saturday of the following week. Please plan accordingly.
